Turn around time from when a project enters our shop until it leaves paint ready is based shop availability.
To ensure the quality of the de-chroming process, all product surfaces must arrive clean and free from any contaminants, such as stickers, adhesives, dirt, bugs, etc. Our process can only remove the chrome that is exposed and not covered by anything else.
If products surfaces are not clean when we receive them, additional preparation charges will apply at a shop rate of $60/hour.
It is imperative that ALL metal screws, brackets and clips are removed BEFORE a part is shipped to us for chrome removal as our dechroming process on plastic parts will dissolve ALL metal.
If our technicians need to remove any remaining metal screws, brackets or clips, additional preparation fees will apply at a shop rate of $60/hour.

STEP ONE
Select the de-chrome service you want on our online order form & make payment. Please note shipping is not included in the service fees.
STEP TWO
It is essential to clean the surface you wish to have dechromes. Only exposed chrome will be removed. Stickers, tape and even 'bug guts' will protect the surface & must be removed.
STEP THREE
Remove all metal screws, brackets and clips BEFORE a part is shipped for chrome removal as our plastic part de-chroming process will dissolve ALL metal.
STEP FOUR
Determine if you are dropping off the products you want dechromed OR if you are shipping them to us.
STEP FIVE
If you shipping to us, make sure you purchase 2 way shipping & include the return shipping slip in the package.
If you plan to drop it off, contact us for drop off arrangements.
STEP SIX
Start making plans for how you plan to resurface the the parts when they are chrome free.
We aim for a 72 hour turn around, but this is not a guarantee.

Do I need an appointment for spa services?
Yes, we recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure you get your preferred date and service time. Certain high-demand services do fill up quickly. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated if availability allows. Contact us or conveniently book online 24/7.
What should I wear during my spa visit?
Disrobe to your comfort level for massages and body treatments. Undergarments or swimsuits are typically worn. Our staff provides robes and ensures your privacy. For facials, leave your face clean of make-up. Pedicures are done with feet bare, manicures leave fingernail polish off one hand receiving treatment. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
I’m pregnant - can I still enjoy spa treatments?
Many of our treatments can be safely adjusted for pregnancy. We customize the treatments to properly support moms-to-be. Please inform us during booking so we can determine any contraindications and provide specialized support throughout your comforting spa experience. Please also let us know of any other health conditions.
